Shipping Policy

B Zen Botanicals shipments are made every weekday; no weekend shipping is typically done. We will make every attempt to ship on Saturdays, however, we cannot guarantee this due to our remote location this is not always possible. No shipping on Federal holidays.

B Zen Botanicals utilizes the United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS, and FedEx for shipping. Orders received on weekdays by 1:00 pm PST will be shipped the same day. We typically use USPS Priority mail which on average takes 1-3 days. USPS Priority Mail Express typically takes 1-2 days.

We cannot guarantee your order will arrive in a set number of days

Once we ship your package, we cannot be held responsible for its arrival date. We do not have any control over USPS, UPS, FedEx shipping processes. If you have any issues please contact your local USPS, UPS, or FedEx location. We are here to assist and do everything in our power to ensure you receive your package successfully.

We are not allowed by law to ship any Kratom to the following locations:

US States – Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont, Wisconsin

US Cities and Counties – San Diego, CA, Denver, CO, Alton and Jerseyville, IL Union County and Columbus, MS and Sarasota County, Florida.

If a package is returned due to incorrect or missing information, shipping fees are not refundable. If a package is not delivered, or lost, we will reship another package after we communicate with USPS, or UPS to determine a way to ensure your package will arrive. Once an order is confirmed that it has been delivered, B Zen Botanicals is not responsible for the shipment.
