Returns & Refund
Customer satisfaction is the utmost importance to us! If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of the delivery date. Email us at support@bzenbotanicals.com The return must be in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
Refused or returned packages that are sent to us without prior approval from Customer Support are not eligible for a refund.
Please note, opened products being returned must contain at least 80% or more of the original contents to receive a refund. We DO NOT restock products that have been opened, they are disposed of.
Return shipping fees are not covered unless the return is due to a mistake we made. If the return is due to our error, we will refund the full purchase price plus, shipping. If the return is not due to our error, we will deduct the shipping cost from your refund amount.
Returns after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Once return is approved, we will email you a return postage label.
Please be sure your return is securely packaged. If your package was opened, please ensure it is properly closed to prevent leakage during shipping.
Once the package is received and verified, we will email you a confirmation.
A check will be mailed to the customer’s address.
All refunds will be mailed to the customer in a form of a check from B Zen Botanicals, LLC. The check will be made out to the name that made the purchase. It could possibly take up to 30 days, but more quickly in most cases. Please refrain from filing any type of refund claim with PayPal or your credit card provider to avoid delaying this process.
Exchange Policy
You may exchange any unopened product up to 60 days from the date of delivery. Be aware, shipping cost for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer. Please contact Customer Support to process an exchange.
